Plan Ahead. Important Timing:

If you use QuickBooks or Quicken software, please plan ahead and follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth transition. 
 
1st Action Date: September 8 - September 14, 2025
If you use QuickBooks or Quicken software, you will need to make a data file backup and a final transaction download before September 14, 2025. Please make sure to complete the final download before September 14 since transaction history might not be available after the upgrade.
 
September 15 at Noon EST - Digital banking will be unavailable while we upgrade.

2nd Action Date: September 16 - The new digital banking site and  app will be live.
This is the action date for the remaining step if you use Quicken or QuickBooks. You will complete the deactivate/reactivate of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection after our upgraded digital platform is live.
 
Please carefully review your downloaded transactions: After completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 5 business days. Users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during this outage. The following services may not work during the outage:
  • Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect
  • QuickBooks Online Express Web Connect
