Visa® Debit Cards & credit cards
Debit/Credit Program: Moving from Mastercard®  to Visa® 
 
Your Mastercard® Debit Card Will Soon Be Upgraded to a
Visa® Debit Card in August.
 
We are excited to share some benefits you will enjoy. 
 
NEW BENEFITS:
  • Roadside Dispatch: 24-hour Access to Roadside Assistance.
  • Auto Rental Collision Damage Waiver: Covers Damage, Theft, Towing.
  • Travel Accident: Provides Accidental Death and Dismemberment Coverage.
  • Porch Piracy Protection: Reimburses if an eligible item is stolen (Consumer Products Only).
  • International Travel use continues.
WHAT WILL CHANGE:
  • Your card number, expiration date and PIN security code.
  • You will need to update your card information for recurring payments like utilities, streaming services and other bill that are paid automatically on August 27.
TIMELINE: 
  • August 8 - New Visa® Debit Cards will be mailed in a plain white envelope.
    • Do not destroy your current card(s) as it will work through August 26 regardless of the expiration date.
  • August 26 - Last day you can use your current Mastercard® debit card.

  • August 27 - Activate and use your new Visa® debit card.

    • Update payments/bills/mobile wallets/Venmo, etc.. with the new debit card information since you have a new debit card number.
  • 2026 - New Visa® Credit Cards will be mailed

Introducing Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs)

ITMs enable members to interact with a live teller, enhancing the drive-thru experience. 

ITM Functions:
  • Deposits and Withdrawals
  • Check Cashing
  • Transfers
  • Payments
  • Non-Member Check Cashing 
Benefits: 
  • Convenient - you don't have to go into the branch to make transactions! 
  • Extended hours Monday - Friday 8am - 7pm including Saturdays 9am - 1pm
  • We are continuing to add ITMs at more branches!
