FAQs

We have an excellent Employee Development department dedicated to supporting our employees’ success. Every new team member receives comprehensive training after hiring to ensure confidence in their role. Beyond onboarding, we offer ongoing development programs and resources to help employees continue growing and advancing throughout their careers.
You'll receive a request to authorize a background screening. Generally, a decision will be made within a week after the background screening, but some roles may take longer.
To prepare for your interview, plan to dress professionally, speak slowly and clearly, and research IMCU ahead of time so you feel confident and informed. Arriving ready to ask thoughtful questions will also help you present your best self to the interview panel.
Yes. We provide various opportunities for career development, such as additional training internally and off-site. We strive to promote from within and give our employees the chance to grow in their career.
Most of our positions are on-site roles. However, some positions offer hybrid work-from-home schedules. We value the importance of collaborating in person and encourage our employees to work in the office as much as possible.
