How to Update Your Contact Information

It is important to keep your contact information updated to ensure you receive all communications regarding your account. Please read below to learn how you can verify and/or update your email and mailing address.

To confirm and update your mailing address and/or email, you have the following options:

  • Digital Banking: Log in to Digital Banking, select "Settings," then "Update Contact Info," choose the appropriate account, and make the necessary changes.
  • Visiting your local branch: Visit any IMCU branch in person with your Driver's License or Government Issued Identification. (IMCU Branch Locations)
