Interactive Teller Machines
Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) allow members to see and speak with a live teller as they process their transaction during branch hours, transforming the drive-thru experience and providing more personalized member service. These machines can also be utilized as an ATM.

Use of ITMs
- Touch the screen to begin with a live teller or enter Debit/ATM Card to initiate an ATM transaction
- Enter IMCU account number or swipe IMCU Debit Card to access account information
- Show ID
Helpful Tips
- Please be sure to endorse your checks and include account number if possible
- Have your identification available
- Insert checks and cash separately
- To assist with identification, please be sure to be in camera view, removing sunglasses or any other restrictive items
