Interactive Teller Machines

Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) allow members to see and speak with a live teller as they process their transaction during branch hours, transforming the drive-thru experience and providing more personalized member service. These machines can also be utilized as an ATM.

Benefits:

  • Convenient - you don’t have to go into the branch to make transactions!
  • Extended hours Monday - Friday 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. including Saturdays 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
  • We are continuing to add ITMs at more branches

How to Use an ITM

Use of ITMs

  • Touch the screen to begin with a live teller or enter Debit/ATM Card to initiate an ATM transaction
  • Enter IMCU account number or swipe IMCU Debit Card to access account information

Helpful Tips

  • To assist with identification, please be sure to be in camera view, removing sunglasses or any other restrictive items 
  • Have your identification available
  • Please be sure to endorse your checks and include account number if possible
  • Insert checks and cash separately
