Your personal computer enables you to enjoy FREE secure 24/7 access to your credit union accounts. You can view account histories, make loan payments, view cleared checks, transfer funds and much more. Bill Payment allows you to pay your bills online eliminating the need to write checks and purchase stamps.
Q-Phone
Q-Phone is a free service which may be accessed from anywhere in the US, 24-hours-a-day, from any touch-tone phone. Q-Phone allows you to request check clearing information, verify account balances, perform account transfers, initiate account withdrawals by check, and much more.

Debit /ATM Card
Debit MasterCard® - Our debit card is accepted wherever the MasterCard® logo is displayed and the funds are deducted from your checking account. It eliminates the need to write checks and is safer than carrying cash. It also enables you to withdraw funds from an ATM.
Star® ATM Card - This card allows you account access through any Star® machine worldwide and you can select your own PIN. Free transactions at any IMCU or Alliance One ATM machine.

Courtesy Messaging
This free service allows you to receive email alerts when certain activities take place on your account. To participate in Courtesy Messaging, you must be enrolled in Virtual Branch to review your account activity. To enroll in courtesy messaging, simply Click here. By enrolling in this service, you elect to receive all your notices electronically in lieu of paper notices.
Additionally, you are responsible for insuring that the credit union has your current email address. You may choose to have the notices sent to multiple email addresses. Once you enroll in Courtesy Messaging, an email notice will be sent when any of the following activities occur:
Low Checking Account Balance - you select the minimum available balance that, when reached (at the end of the day), will generate a notice.
Insufficient Funds - when an item has been presented and funds were not available.
Overdraft - when a transfer has been made to cover an item presented to your checking account.
Late Payment - when a payment has not been made on time.
Stop Payment - when an item marked for stop payment has been presented to your account.
Statement Express
Statement Express offers convenient 24-hour access from your home or office through Virtual Branch. You will receive your statements sooner, generally available by the third of the month and it stores up to 14 months of past statements
