Debit /ATM Card

  • Our debit card is accepted wherever the MasterCard® logo is displayed and the funds are deducted from your checking account. 
  • It eliminates the need to write checks and is safer than carrying cash.
  • It also enables you to withdraw funds from an ATM.
  • Instant Issued debit cards available at your local branch.
  • The Star® ATM Card allows you account access through any Star® machine worldwide and you can select your own PIN.
  • Free transactions at any IMCU or Alliance One ATM machine.

To report your Debit/ATM lost or stolen Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and Saturday 9am - 1pm,please call 317-248-8556. If it is after branch hours, please call 800-472-3272.

Receive up to 18 months of your IMCU monthly statement electronically through NetTeller.
To enroll:

  • Login to Netteller
  • Click on "eStatements"
  • Then follow the prompts

Bill Pay 
Free Bill Pay is available online through NetTeller.

To access:

  • Login to "NetTeller"
  • Click on "Bill Pay"
  • Then follow the prompts 

Mobile Banking
If you are currently using IMCU's Mobile App, follow these steps to access the new App:

  • Delete the previous IMCU Mobile App.
  • Follow the process to enroll in NetTeller
  • Open the Google Play or Apple App store and search for "IMCU"
    or "Indiana Members Credit Union"
  • Download and install the new IMCU Mobile App.
  • Agree to Mobile Banking Terms and Conditions.
  • Once installed, open the App and login using your NetTeller credentials.

Mobile Deposit
Deposit checks with the IMCU Mobile App. There is a $0.50 per check deposited fee. To apply for this service, click here.
Daily deposit limit of $1,000.

FI2FI Transfers
Transfer funds to an account at another financial institution through FI2FI! Click here to enroll.
