What do I do now that my account is with your agency?

Working with a collection agency doesn't need to be a horrible experience. Once our staff has contacted you, there are a few suggestions:

1. Do no get angry. Your account has been placed with us by your creditor because it is past due. It is time to find a solution.

2. Contact us. If you believe you do not owe this bill or have any questions  about this bill, please contact us in writing. This will allow us to address your issues. If you do owe this bill, let us know when payment can be expected. If you are unable to pay this in full, tell us why. Please read any notices or letters that we send to you carefully. They contain important information about your rights.

3. Let us help you. Collecting past due accounts is our business but we are committed to helping people solve their financial problems. Ignoring our requests will not make your troubles go away.

How do I make a payment?

We can accept payment by MasterCard or Visa by completing the secure form on this site. We also accept payments by mailing your check or money order to our office at 4790 E. 96th St., Ste. 110 ~ Indianapolis, IN ~ 46240.

How will this affect my credit?

By contacting us and resolving this balance you could save your credit. If we do not hear from you, your account may be reported to the three largest credit bureaus. An adverse report on your credit history may make future borrowing difficult or expensive to acquire.
