Madison Avenue Associates, Inc is a full service collection agency offering services to Indiana Credit Unions since 1986. We are licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of Indiana. we are credit union owned and operated and are members in good standing with the Better Business Bureau and the American Collectors Associates, Inc. Our collectors are trained and certified in FDCPA and collection techniques. Our accounts are collected on a contingency basis. If we don't collect, we don't get paid! How do I sign up for your service?

How do I place accounts?

Simply complete the secure form and submit. Your account will be on our database usually within 24-hours.

Do you report to credit bureaus?

We have the capability of reporting your accounts to the three largest credit bureaus Equifax, EXPERIAN, and Trans Union.
