 "When I was a victim of identity theft in 1995 Gail Estes was the manager of the downtown branch and worked for hours to untangle the mess I had to deal with for years. She was understanding and helpful about my unfortunate situation. When Gail left the Downtown Branch, Darlene Hayden became the manager there, she has turned into one of the most efficient, competent and pleasant managers I've dealt with and I have dealt with several besides Darlene and Gail over the years. I have followed Darleen from the Downtown Branch, to Beech Grove and now the Stop 11 Branch. I rely heavily on Darlene's expertise to answer my questions, or point me to the right person or division of the credit union, when I have questions or needs for my personal or business banking.
